3. Expected Behavior
All individuals associated with PCDA are expected to:
- Treat others with respect and courtesy
- Communicate openly and honestly
- Support the mission and values of PCDA
- Maintain confidentiality where appropriate
- Report concerns through proper channels
4. Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
- Harassment or discrimination of any kind
- Violence or threats of violence
- Dishonesty or fraud
- Abuse of power or authority
- Violation of confidentiality
5. Reporting Violations
Any violations of this Code of Conduct should be reported to PCDA leadership at [email protected]. All reports will be handled with confidentiality and appropriate action will be taken.
